Why this practice exists
Deploy Tool began in meeting rooms around Canary Wharf where discretionary traders kept describing the same friction: a clean weekly lean abandoned the moment a five-minute candle looked urgent. The work is deliberately narrow. We teach technical analysis with one organising idea — multi-timeframe bias alignment — rather than a catalogue of indicators.
How we teach
Sessions favour pens, printed charts, and spoken invalidation levels over slide decks. Facilitators ask participants to defend a bias in ordinary language before they discuss entries. When the room disagrees, we treat the disagreement as material: someone assigned timing work to the wrong timeframe.
People in the room
Training is led by practitioners who have sat London and New York sessions as discretionary traders and later as mentors inside prop and retail desks. We do not publish fantasy track records. Credentials that matter here are the ability to slow a mark-up, name structure honestly, and keep a group accountable when a lower timeframe tempts a reverse.
Relationship with clients
Many traders arrive after years of self-study. We assume competence with charts and focus on hierarchy. Graduates of the intensive often stay for the weekly bias clinic; others return only for occasional chart reviews when a market regime changes.
