How Deploy Tool collects, uses, and retains personal data when you enquire about or attend technical analysis training.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Enquiry details such as preferred session, markets traded, and message content
- Booking and invoice records
- Limited technical data from essential cookies and, if accepted, analytics cookies (see Cookies)
We do not ask for passport numbers, payment card entry on this website, or health data.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and administering bookings — legitimate interests / contract
- Issuing invoices and meeting accounting duties — legal obligation
- Improving which training pages are useful — legitimate interests, with analytics only if you accept cookies
- Sending session logistics you requested — contract / legitimate interests
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become bookings are kept up to 18 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting expectations. Cookie preference choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Sharing
We use service providers who support email, hosting, and (where relevant) accounting. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, supplemented where required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@deploy-tool.digital. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children
Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
