Refunds & cancellations
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows on Deploy Tool sessions.
Scope
This policy covers Deploy Tool training: the Multi-Timeframe Bias Alignment Intensive, Mark-Up Fundamentals Workshop, Weekly Bias Clinic seats, and One-to-One Chart Reviews. It does not cover products, physical goods shipping, or software subscriptions because we do not sell those.
Cooling-off for distance bookings
If you book at a distance as a UK consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of booking unless the session has already been delivered or you asked us to begin within the cooling-off period and acknowledged that refund rights may be lost once delivery starts.
Intensive & workshop cancellations
- Cancel 14 or more days before the start date: full refund of fees paid, including deposit
- Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund of fees paid
- Cancel fewer than 7 days before, or after materials for a remote seat have been released: deposit non-refundable; remaining balance refunded if paid
- If Deploy Tool cancels a cohort: full refund or transfer to a later date at your choice
Clinic seats
Unused seats in a four-week block may be transferred once to another participant you nominate, or credited to a later block within three months if you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the relevant Monday session. No-shows for a clinic Monday are not refunded.
Chart reviews
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or free move to a new slot. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a priority rebook.
Work already started
Once an intensive or workshop day has begun, that day is non-refundable. Follow-up calls included in a package are non-refundable once completed.
Materials
Printed charts and room handouts supplied on the day are non-refundable once received. Digital pre-reads sent for remote seats become non-refundable after download when cancellation falls inside the late window above.
Refund process & timing
Email hello@deploy-tool.digital with your booking name, session, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed for intensives and workshops if requested at least 7 days before the start and subject to seat availability. Further moves may require a £40 administration fee.
