Intellectual property
Course materials, templates, written feedback, and website content remain the intellectual property of Deploy Tool or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal trading education. We may remove a participant who disrupts the room, shares other participants’ charts without consent, or records a session without permission. Fees in such cases follow our refund policy.
Website use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse forms. Content is provided as general information and may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a UK consumer.
